Machining

Ravenscourt Engineering Limited has a well equipped Precision Machining facility with many new, high quality machines.  

The company has a policy of regular investment in new equipment to maintain the highest quality of service to our customers. In recent years we have obtained 2 new Haas machining centres and a Doosan 550 Lathe to compliment our other machine tools. Ravenscourt have four CNC lathes ranging from a 6" chuck to an 18" chuck and 4 CNC mills, two with 4th axis, allowing us to handle workpieces of a wide range of sizes and complexities. We specialise in 'difficult to machine' materials such as inconels, duplexes and titaniums and can offer a solution to even the most complicated jobs.

Ravenscourt Engineering Limited offers it's machine shop facilites as an independant service or part of a project that involves the use of electron beam welding. We can also arrange for other services such as; heat treatment, surface treatment and other specialist technologies to be managed on your behalf. We have a network of high quality, and individually assessed, suppliers that work with us to provide you with a total service.
